Sensitive restoration of an internationally famous and iconic residential building and its transformation into private residences. The scope includes the restoration of an existing façade and solid structural pieces, use of authentic historical methods of cladding and preservation, a sensational entrance hall mural handmade by forty Balkan painters and a structural reinforcement for historic staircase tower and an insertion of an open plan structure.

Master Plan Organization and Architectural Project Leadership for land highly significant for its positioning on an archeological site and for its prime urban role including a terminal building of a daily capacity of 1.5 million passengers; A junction connecting Marmaray and Istanbul North-South Metro lines. A very complex site happened to be one of the first ports in known history of the region. Program includes; museum, terminal building, cultural institutes, parks. Organized an international design competition, prepared the competition brief in collaboration with Municipality of Istanbul, Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Culture, Istanbul Archeological Museum, Municipality of Eyup, Istanbul Metropolitan Planing Office.

The landscape masterplan for the first phase development of the 18km Haihe river, mother river of Tianjin. The landscape planning and design involves the concept development for the 6km embankment treatment in relation to the city, the overall landscape design language and the proposal of design concepts for various landscape elements such as site furniture and lighting.

The Masterplan of a new water front community for 50K residents at the outskirts of city of Tianjin. Concept plan includes rehabilitation of an existing industrial complex for mixed use town center. The project challenges the notions of sustainability and neighborhood development for the new communities in China.
